Before Review Commencement: Full refunds are available if requested before our team begins the review process.
After Review Commencement: Once the review process has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
After Delivery: Refunds are not available once the completed code review has been delivered to you.
2.3 Career Development Services
Career development support services follow similar guidelines to mentorship programs, with refunds available before commencement or within the first consultation period as specified at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
Services that have been fully delivered or completed
Sessions that were scheduled but missed without proper cancellation notice (minimum 24 hours)
Administrative fees or processing charges
Promotional or discounted services marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
Services purchased more than 90 days prior to the refund request, unless otherwise specified
Digital materials or resources that have been accessed or downloaded
